Brian was thorough, careful, listened to our concerns, and really helped to ease those concerns. He even made sure the crawlspace under our home was cleared of wet insulation and throughly dried out. They were the only company that we contacted for remediation that would go into the crawlspace. Also, we appreciate that they only removed what was necessary, communicating very clearly why x or y needed to be done. Unlike some remediation companies that treat you and your insurance company like an ATM, DeDona is a small family business that treats you like family. No one likes dealing with mold in their home. We were unaware of a leak in the faucet drain which was in the wall behind the vanity. The leak subsequently turned into mold in the drywall, the studs, and the vanity. Dedona came in and had to tear out the vanity and the drywall, and they cleaned everywhere there was mold. Dedona was great to work with. They were very efficient and diligent in what they had to do. They made accommodations for my partially disabled husband so that he still had access to the shower. And when they left, everything was spotless. I highly recommend them if anyone ever needs mold remediation. Thanks to Brian, Gina, and Michael! You all were great to work with and did an excellent job!
